daily wanders—001

i'm starting a new series for my daily wanders. i realized i've got tons of random photos that just sit in my archive, waiting for me to do something about it all. that isn't a surprise for someone who lugs her camera wherever she go, i guess? i get strange looks while taking photos of the very, very ordinary chicken rice on our lunch table this afternoon, at a restaurant in Sri Rampai. it wasn't ordinary, by the way - i love the roasted pork there - crispy!

our lime tree from this year's Chinese New Year is still thriving, but it's in a pretty bad shape. it's been attacked by pests and diseases. i've also spent less time in our balcony garden lately. time is just flying around here.

i feel like i see the world around me through a viewfinder. i get super excited when i explore new places, but also when i notice something new in my daily path. i'm lucky to have a camera in my hand, so i could keep those moments as i see them, and now share some here. it doesn't always have to be curated, planned shoots or adventures, right? these are normal objects, plants, buildings, etc. i hope you enjoy them as much as i do!
